  • "Content" refers to all materials, information, and resources provided through our Services.
  • "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our Services, accessing our website, or using any of our materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Service Description

terraceeffundsb provides structured financial education services focused on Malaysian economic structures, government securities, and long-term financial planning. Our Services include:

  • Scheduled educational sessions with qualified instructors
  • Reference materials, workbooks, and templates
  • Individual consultation sessions where applicable
  • Ongoing resource access for past participants

Services are delivered in-person at our Melaka office or via secure video conference. Session schedules are agreed upon at enrollment and may be adjusted by mutual consent.

4. Educational Nature of Services

terraceeffundsb provides educational services only. Our Services do not constitute:

  • Financial advice or investment recommendations
  • Legal, tax, or accounting advice
  • A guarantee of any financial outcomes or results
  • Product sales or brokerage services

Participants are responsible for making their own financial decisions. We recommend consulting licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel for matters requiring professional advice specific to your circumstances.

5. Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a Service, you must complete our enrollment form and provide accurate information. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

5.2 Payment Terms

Service fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and must be paid in full before the first session. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and online payment platforms.

5.3 Refund Policy

If you find after the first session that a Service does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first session. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you cannot attend a session, notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will attempt to accommodate rescheduling when possible, subject to instructor availability.

6.2 Conduct

Participants must:

  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Participate constructively in sessions and exercises
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' information
  • Use provided materials for personal educational purposes only

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Participants must not:

  • Record sessions without explicit written permission
  • Reproduce or distribute provided materials commercially
  • Disrupt sessions or interfere with other participants' learning
  • Use Services for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All Content, including session materials, workbooks, templates, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of terraceeffundsb or our licensors. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce materials for commercial distribution
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer or sublicense materials to third parties

7.3 Participant Materials

Information you share during individual consultations remains your property. By participating, you grant us permission to use anonymized examples from your situation for educational purposes with other participants, provided no identifying information is included.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Educational Purpose

Services are provided for educational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding financial outcomes, investment results, or achievement of specific goals.

8.2 No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we do not guarantee that:

  • Information will be error-free or complete
  • Services will meet your specific requirements
  • Material will remain current indefinitely
  • Any particular financial result will be achieved

8.3 Market Changes

Financial markets, regulations, and economic conditions change constantly. While we update materials quarterly, some information may become outdated between updates. Participants are responsible for verifying current information with relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

  • terraceeffundsb's total liability for any claim arising from Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on Service content
  • We are not liable for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless terraceeffundsb, our instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Financial decisions you make

11. Service Modifications and Termination

In such cases, fees are non-refundable unless termination results from our error.

11.3 Termination by You

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to:

  2. Engage in good-faith negotiations for 30 days
  3. Consider mediation if negotiations do not resolve the matter

13.3 Jurisdiction

If dispute resolution efforts fail, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Melaka, Malaysia.

14. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and terraceeffundsb regarding our Services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

Changes take effect 14 days after notification. Continued use of Services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
